Een camera kenner ben ik zeker niet, maar ik heb gemeend bijgaande fotoreportage op mijn website te plaatsen. Noch minder staat bij mij één camera merk ten aanzien van een andere hoog in aanzien. Een discussie die tijdens bijeenkomsten van gelijk gezinden in de fotografie vaak plaatsvindt. Echter moet ik mijn vooroordeel herzien, dat er alleen met een fotocamera goede foto’s gemaakt kan worden.

Onlangs gaf ik mijzelf de opdracht enkele foto’s te maken met mijn smartphone. Het resultaat was voor mij een algehele openbaring. Geef toe een smartphone is geen fotocamera, maar het resultaat doet niet onder voor menig echte fotocamera. Met het digitale tijdperk zal hiermee ook menig discussie plaatsvinden over het merk smartphone dat het beste foto resultaat geeft. Gelijk voor mij niet alleen het merk fotocamera belangrijk is voor een goede foto, zo ook t.a.v. het merk smartphone. Ik geef wel toe: “een goed gereedschap is half werk”.

I'm certainly not a camera expert, but I want to place the photo report on my Web site. Nor less for me one camera brand in respect of another highly regarded.
